The production workshop is the core execution unit for converting raw materials into finished products, with the core goal of "continuous, stable, safe, and environmentally friendly". In the production of products, materials are mainly transported to the enamel reaction kettle through centrifugal pumps for liquid-liquid, gas-liquid, and gas-liquid solid multiphase chemical reactions. The reaction kettle is a closed pressure vessel equipped with a stirring system (paddle type) to achieve material mixing, and temperature is controlled by jacket hot water. The workshop is also equipped with a data sampler, which can accurately, efficiently, and stably capture low concentration pollutant components in exhaust gas and accurately identify concentration changes, avoiding "missed detection" or "misjudgment". In terms of sewage treatment, the Fenton oxidation machine adopts PLC (programmable logic controller) to achieve fully automatic control, which can monitor pH value, dosage of chemicals, reaction time and other parameters in real time, support fault alarm (such as insufficient chemicals, abnormal pH) and data recording.
